Tia Gerber is the owner of a NH based family farm, an educational administration professional, and a compassionate yoga instructor. She holds a Certificate of School Management & Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from UCONN, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Merrimack College.
Tia works in Massachusetts at a vocational high school school as the Director of Community Partnerships where she connects people with vocational trade training. When she's not working in a school setting, Tia is creatively dreaming up and executing "farm events" where people of all ages can visit the farm, release stress, express themselves, and feel good. One of the many popular farm events include those that involve yoga. Tia holds her 200 RYT from Boston Yoga School and is also trained in Yin Yoga. She grounds her practice in being light, playful, soulful, and welcoming to all. Tia believes yoga has healing powers.
And above all, Tia is the mama of two sweet boys, the wife of a welder, a Type 1 Diabetic, a lover of reading in the sun, indulging in sweet treats, and deep belly laughing with her favorite people.
Alyssa Hamel is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Springfield College and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. Over the course of her career, Alyssa has worked in various settings, including outpatient treatment centers, primary care, and integrated behavioral health, providing her with a broad and holistic perspective on patient care.
In addition to her work as a clinician, Alyssa has a deep appreciation for the role of comfort and ritual in the healing process. In 2010, she began making candles as a personal creative outlet, which later evolved into Oh Happy Day Candles & Comfort, a business dedicated to offering warmth and solace through handcrafted products. While she recently closed the business to focus more fully on supporting others in their healing journeys, she continues to value the power of simple rituals—like lighting a candle—as a tool for mindfulness, self-care, and emotional grounding.
Alyssa specializes in helping individuals navigate emotional, psychological, and life challenges using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is passionate about empowering her clients and fostering emotional well-being through compassionate and personalized care. Her diverse experience across multiple healthcare settings makes her a highly skilled and trusted clinician in the field.
