Tailored Therapy Services for Your Unique Needs

I believe that understanding your unique values and strengths is the first step toward a fulfilling life. Together, we will explore your journey, confront challenges, and cultivate resilience, empowering you to embrace your true self.

Areas of Expertise

In my work with teens and adults, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support emotional growth, resilience, and personal transformation. Every client is unique, so I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals.

These are some of the modalities I incorporate:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a goal-oriented, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. By shifting these thoughts, we work together to create healthier behaviors and coping strategies. This therapy is particularly effective for managing stress, improving self-esteem, and breaking cycles of self-sabotage

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT encourages you to embrace your thoughts and feelings rather than fight or suppress them. The focus is on accepting what’s out of your control while committing to actions that align with your core values. Through mindfulness and values-driven behavior changes, ACT helps you build psychological flexibility, allowing you to respond to life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Rooted in self-exploration, psychodynamic therapy helps you uncover unconscious patterns, unresolved conflicts, and early life experiences that may be influencing your emotions and relationships today. By bringing deeper awareness to these patterns, we can work toward healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful personal growth.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. By working with the body’s natural energy flow, Reiki can help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and enhance your overall sense of balance and calm. This is an optional complementary practice for those seeking a holistic approach to healing.

Mindfulness Practices

Mindfulness involves cultivating present-moment awareness without judgment. Through several techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and body scanning, mindfulness helps you develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation. It’s a powerful tool for managing anxiety, improving focus, and fostering a deeper connection to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations.
